General Terms and Conditions for Research Paper Writing Workshop

  1. Registration Confirmation: Registration for the workshop will be considered complete upon submission of the online registration form and receipt of the corresponding payment.
  2. Payment: Participants are required to make the workshop fee payment according to the selected payment method. Payment details will be provided upon registration confirmation.
  3. Cancellation and Refunds: a. Cancellation requests received more than 14 days prior to the workshop start date will be eligible for a full refund. b. Cancellation requests received within 14 days of the workshop start date will not be eligible for a refund.
  4. Workshop Modifications: The workshop organizers reserve the right to modify the workshop schedule, content, or facilitator if necessary. Participants will be notified of any changes in a timely manner.
  5. Participant Conduct: a. Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully towards the facilitator and fellow participants. b. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in the participant being asked to leave the workshop without refund.
  6. Liability: While every effort will be made to ensure a safe and secure workshop environment, the organizers will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the workshop.
  7. Data Privacy: Participants‘ personal information collected during the registration process will be used solely for workshop administration purposes. The organizers will take appropriate measures to ensure the confidentiality and security of participants‘ data. By registering for the workshop, participants consent to the collection, storage, and processing of their personal information for official use related to the workshop.
  8. Media Release: The organizers may capture photographs, videos, or audio recordings during the workshop for promotional or documentation purposes. Participants consent to the use of such media by the organizers for marketing and promotional materials.
  9. Intellectual Property: All workshop materials, including handouts, presentations, and resources, are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Participants agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share workshop materials without prior written permission from the organizers.
  10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this workshop shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sachsen, Germany.
