After the first day of the conference, the technical discussions continued on Tuesday evening in Freiberg at the Institute of Metal Forming. After a guided tour through the institute with the presentation of selected test facilities, the guests were able to enjoy local drinks and food.
After another interesting lecture day and poster presentations, there was a conference dinner with a broad cultural program. At first, the Green Vault with treasures from the past inspired the conference participants and afterwards it became quite comfortable. In the evening, all guests could enjoy the magnificent scenery of Dresden and the culinary delicacies.
Overall, it was an all-round successful event, and we would like to thank everyone involved.
